This beautiful Coppery-tailed Trogon live from South Arizona and Texas to Costa Rica. They sit up majestic and proud. I found this picture in an old bird book and thought it would make a good watercolor painting. 
Painting size is 5x7 and matted in an 8x10 frame.
The frame was designed and created by Johnny Simpson, also known as Dad. It is made of old 100 year old oak barn wood. It and my paintings are original.
